![]() ![]() In some older Linux operating systems and/or Clementine Music Player once you open Clementine and it automatically starts to look for your library according to your settings that it is pointed towards if that partition is locked it will loose that location permanently and you will need to remove the locations that are labelled in the Music Library "These Folders will be scanned for music to make up your library" area and reenter a pointer location. After going through this procedure you should find your library information located properly. You will find this partition is locked and you will need to use your administrative password to open up that partition. When booting up into Mint 20 and after logging in to the operating system you need to open up a file manager/browser and go to the partition where the music library is located. 2) The most common reason you are getting the message "no music in the library" after an automatic start up library scan by Clementine is that you have your library location on a different partition than the Mint 20 operating system.
